How can I transfer my Collegia pension to another provider?

If you still wish to transfer out, there are 2 different options:

1. If the receiving pension scheme supports Origo, please get in touch directly with the receiving pension scheme, they will initiate the transfer request. We charge a transfer out fee of £25 for the administration of your transfer out request. This transfer out fee is directly deducted from your pension pot. This is the fastest approach to transfer your Collegia pot to another pension scheme, and is also the digital-based one.
2. Manual process: you can also initiate the transfer process manually, this is more time consuming and requires more efforts from both your end and the receiving pension scheme. Under this scenario get in touch with us, we will send you then the discharge form, which has to be completed manually both from you (Sections A-D) and from the receiving pension scheme (Section E). Please note that the process might take overall 3-6 months but we will try to make this process as fast as we can. We accept only wet ink signatures or documents that are digitally signed including the certificate of completion (using tools like DocuSign for example). The receiving pension scheme has to be satisfy our criteria for the processing of the transfer in any situation.
