How can I transfer my Collegia pension to another provider?

The discharge form has to be filled out both from you (Sections A-D) and from the receiving pension scheme (Section E). Please note that the process might take 3-6 months but we will try to make this process as fast as we can. We accept only wet ink signatures or documents that are digitally signed including the certificate of completion (using tools like DocuSign for example).
