How do I close my account?

If you have been automatically enrolled into the Collegia pension scheme by your employer, you have 30 calendar days starting from the day you accepted the Collegia Terms and Conditions to cancel your Collegia Personal Pension by giving a valid opt out notice according to The Pensions Regulator.

After this timeline the only way for you to close your Collegia personal account is to transfer your pension pot to another Defined Contribution pension scheme.
