Can I get a refund?

To be refunded you need to give a valid opt out notice according to the regulator within 30 days since the enrolment date - date in which you received the welcome email from hello@collegia.co.uk -, after this period your contributions go to your pension pot you will have access to when you are 55 years old (57 since 2028). Please note that if you are due a refund, this will be actioned by your employer, and not by us. So please if you have got any questions about the timeline of the refund, get in touch directly with your employer.
